TAUS has decided to allow sponsors at our annual retreats and other similar events. Please complete this form to submit your sponsorship application. Please carefully read the Sponsorship Policy and Vendor Policies below before you submit your sponsorship application.

The deadline for entry is May 31st.

TAUS Sponsorship Policy

1. Sponsor must not be involved in business that is against SDA principles and beliefs (such as selling alcohol, cigarettes, and pornography etc).
2. Sponsor must not be involved in any illegal business.
3. Sponsor must not attempt to change or introduce other religious beliefs during their paid presentations, avenue or media.

TAUS Vendor Policy

1. Vendors must send in an application to participate with full details of the nature of business/ display they will have.
2. Vendors are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 for space/ table.
3. Any literature sales by vendors must abide with TAUS beliefs.
4. Vendor display and sales will only be allowed before and after sabbath hours for sales (Wednesday evening, Thursday all day, Friday before sunset. Saturday after sunset, and Sunday morning).
5. All contractual matters will be handled by the Project committee.

Sponsorship Levels

• Tanzanite Sponsorship ($5,000)

  1. ½ Page on the event programs
  2. 1 Table to display materials for the event
  3. 30 minutes during the event to introduce and highlight your service and products.
  4. Logo, picture and/or link of your website to the event webpage for 1 month
  5. Logo on the backdrop of the picture booth, if available.
  6. Free TAUS registration for up to 3 people to TAUS retreat or event.

• Gold Sponsorship ($3,000)

  1. ¼ Page on the event programs
  2. 15 minutes during the event to introduce and highlight your service and products.
  3. Logo, picture and/or link of your website to the event webpage for 2 weeks.
  4. Logo on the backdrop of the picture booth, if available (half the size Tanzanite sponsorship).
  5. Free TAUS registration for up to 2 people to TAUS retreat or event.

• Silver Sponsorship ($1,500)

  1. ⅛ Page on the event programs
  2. Mention during the event itself
  3. Logo, picture and/or link of your website to the event webpage for 1 week.
  4. Free TAUS registration for 1 person to TAUS retreat or event.

• Vendor Only ($100)

  1. If you do not wish to be a sponsor, but only wish to be a vendor to sell your products or services as a TAUS event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100 for a space/table.
